What: Two day all star tournament, 3 matches guaranteed, 25 minute halves, rolling subs, 28 max roster

Why: Because rising tides lift all ships. We need to challenge our best players to raise the level of broader competition. We want to provide a pathway for existing teams to compete, as well as an avenue for new teams to be created.
